Finance Administrator - Job Description

If you are an experienced finance professional but have a passion for the food and drink industry then 71 Brewing has a fantastic opportunity for someone to join one of the fastest growing craft breweries in Scotland. This is a flexible role based at home and onsite at the brewery in characterful surroundings of the old Blackness Ironworks in central Dundee.

We offer a welcoming environment for a numerate and analytical person with excellent interpersonal skills and an eye for detail.  

Candidate Prerequisites:

Xero Accounting

Advanced level Excel/Google Sheets

Bookkeeping or equivalent financial experience

Duties and Responsibilities:

Purchase & Sales Ledger 

Banking

Costing Analysis

HMRC returns

Contracts and Insurance admin

Payroll

Overheads tracking & analysis

Continuous improvement and automation with digital tools.

Desirable:

Float 

Stripe

Dext or auto receipt logging

Working Terms:

Flexible working location 

3 days per week but can be structured to suit.
