I can’t fully espresso my excitement for this!

 

For caffeine lovers extraordinaire this rich stout is made with roasted, black and chocolate malts, aged on Madagascan cacao nibs then blended with three different coffee infusions.
 
This is the second of four brand new winter beer releases and this one really keeps you on your toes, we blended the stout with coffee extract and coffee beans during the whirlpool brewing stage and a cold brew at the conditioning stage.

Ruby Revolution - 9.6% - Barrel Aged Imperial American Red Ale 



An American Red Ale balancing malt sweetness with fruit and pine aromas. Further aged in first fill Heaven Hill bourbon casks from Tullibardine™ distillery to add further layers of complex whisky and rich bourbon notes.

This is our first of four brand new releases over the coming months and the first barrel aged beer we've released for three years. At 9.6% it packs a proper punch but it masked by the sweetness that comes from the first fill bourbon cask barrel.
